Ever wonder why you feel stuck in the same areas of your life, over and over again? How often do you have the same negative feelings, or notice similar situations recurring — even after you switch jobs or start dating someone new?
During this workshop, you will learn how to break your negative thought patterns and choose how you want to feel in any situation. You will also create a mission statement that reveals what you want most out of life, on the deepest level, and how you can achieve it.
Flowers are a symbol of growth, beauty and feminine power. We will use them to ground your takeaways from the coaching exercises by painting a memento in acrylic on canvas.
This is one of our more traditional guided painting sessions. You’ll receive more step-by-step instruction to create your composition, but still have plenty of creative opportunities throughout the process.
Our workshops start with 45 minutes of coaching in a group setting, followed by two hours of art with relevant instruction—all while enjoying wine and snacks.

Our mission is to create a comfortable space for introverted women to have meaningful conversation, experience personal growth, and recharge as we guide you through the therapeutic painting portion. We’re introverts too, and we’ve designed the workshop to take all of the usual pressures off so you can be yourself, relax, and enjoy your time with other women who are just like you.
